I actually wasn't nervous for this one. The manager that hired me is very friendly, honest & straight to the point.
I actually enjoy interacting with her and I'm happy that she is my boss.

first was in person interview with manager. it was 30 to 40 minutes of process. second interview was again with HR and branch manager. they asked various questions related to teamwork, accountability, customer experience
