The process was very smooth, and interview steps were communicated well. The recruiter and the interviewing manager were very friendly and professional. They were great at answering questions and giving good details about the company and the posted position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about knowledge of the industry and what my experiences were in the last 2-5 years.
I applied online. I interviewed at HUB International (Kalispell, MT) in May 2026
Interview
All three of my interviews, two via Teams and one in person were very professional, timely, clear and informative. I knew from my past experiences that HUB was the perfect fit for me and my future.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Casper, WY) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was good. The first interview was a phone interview with the talent acquisition partner, which was pretty thorough. There were alot of situational type questions. She asked quite a bit about my previous experience and how that would translate to the position I applied for, as well as wanted examples of certain situations and how I reacted/would react. The second interview was in person, I was scheduled to meet with two different managers but one was gone so I just interviewed with one, and it was good. There were quite a few standard questions but also had a conversational feel to it, so it was much more comfortable than the phone interview (for me personally).

Question 1
What have you been complimented/criticized for in previous jobs? For the criticism question-it was followed up with something like "how did you fix it?"
