HUGO BOSS interview questions

Two recruiters interviewed me online. Asked important questions, we chatted and I got a small review. The process was professional, as well as welcoming. I got an impression of what is expected from me.

Worst interview and hiring experience I’ve ever had. The recruitment team lack communication skills, and are completely ignorant towards their candidates. It’s a major red flag when an Area Manager asks the potential candidates for an ASM role “so what’s a KPI”…. and not a single question actually relevant to the role. Quite clear why the management positions have been listed for months and months on end despite a massive candidate application pool… think some internal management restructuring might be the place to start rather than new store management
