First there were a few calls with HR, then a meeting with a partner. This took about two weeks in general. I had the impression that they did not filter the degrees on before hand. The parnter asked general questions such as academic experience, language skills etc. Also tested me in French and English.

An hour-long casual conversation, then a take-home programming project. Everyone was very friendly and I could see that they cared deeply about professional excellence.
The project was realistic and interesting. It involved things you would actually do during your daily programming work, no brain teasers or boring binary tree stuff.
