Haberdashers' Aske's Federation Trust interview questions

The interviewer was the head of the mathematics department and the head of the training programme at Haberdashers'. I was asked to prepare a lesson for Y10s on Algebra, I went with an introduction unit and used scaffolded steps along the way, discuss prior knowledge expectations too. I was asked where else I could use algebra, I said Trigonometry and then I was asked for the definition of an angle. Really positive vibe and was offered the position.
