Habit Burger & Grill interview questions

I applied online and after completing that process I was asked to interview. I was sent times to choose from. I selected one for the next day I show up and check in for my interview. An employee went to let the manager know I was there, then came back and said the manager said that they are not conducting interviews but to stay in touch in case something comes up in the future. Lol what. I don't know what's worse, wasting my time or the fact that the manager himself couldn't be bothered to come out and explain the situation himself.
