Interview
Started with a phone interview to reduce the number of applicants. Then was given a panel interview. Phone interview went extremely well in my view. Then face to face interview also went well even though I felt a little nervous. I prepared by going online and doing research on the non-profit organization as well as interview questions. I felt prepared. Was made to feel at ease with the interviewers and felt I did well.

This interview was with the Springfield-Eugene Habitat for Humanity. A three person panel interview comprised of the Executive Director, the Volunteer Coordinator, and the Development Director--all had prepared questions.
