Very short interview with high level questions. Was offered the position right after the interview. I had done some research on the organization ahead of time and went prepared with their past and current projects, also noted that they had amalgamated with three other smaller Habitat locations and brainstormed some potential fundraising and marketing ideas for them.

The interview process had multiple rounds. Habitat for Humanity is a movement of people in your local area and around the world, working together to build more prosperous and vibrant communities by making sure everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home.
The entire process was pretty straightforward. I applied online and then waited to hear from HR. After some emails back and forth an interview was scheduled. At the time, everything was done virtually. Overall, the entire process was easy to navigate.
