Interview
interview was long, but it was very professional. The process took about 45 minutes and was mostly me answering questions about leadership, and responsibility. It was a fairly lengthy interview but i thought it was well performed and i respected the two individuals who interviewed me.

Give an example of when you had to lead a project.
The interview was friendly and relaxed. After submitting my application, I was called in for a written test. The test was in the form of a presentation for the project I had applied. I had to then present this at the interview. This was followed up by interview questions.

Phone interview with HR, then phone interview with hiring manager. They wanted to know if I would be comfortable with a high stress environment with many moving parts. It was conversational.
