Hal Smith Restaurants interview questions

It went very smooth and quick. They asked pretty basic questions but looking for good answers obviously. I felt prepared but it was good to chat while also interviewing. Good process and I didn't have to wait around.

I applied with a recruiter. The first interview was a panel of 5. I was asked to stay for an immediate 2nd interview and 3rd interview. The vibe was really awkward between all of the employees, and the CEO used our time to rant about his personal opinions on local politics. I was offered the job but declined it because it had a dead-end call center vibe to it.
