One on one very early morning(use ur imagination) interview with very senior manager. Very conversational, we hit it off and he gave me job on the spot! I have found that if you are selected for an interview, you can safely assume that it's a personality test going forward. Being selected means you meet the requirements for the job...it's up to you to distinguish yourself. Don't be shy to be yourself but try the selfless act(which is needed on the job anyway) of trying to connect to the person across the table. That's what life is all about!
