Tldr; Expect to progress to final then be strung along with an update this week, next week and then eventually ghosted. Whilst getting to know interviewers was an interesting and engaging process, the feedback and communication throughout the process has been lacklustre. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates in which I have been given deadlines missed again and again. Advice: Make your process concise and be transparent with interviewees if you're not actually planning on filling the role, or even getting back to them at any point.
