Halesowen College interview questions

Practical and panel-based interview process with three participants at each level to demonstrate competency in both vocational areas. Use of skills within the professional cookery diploma by City & Guilds.

It was a half day process with different planned sessions including presentation, tour, exercise and reverse interview panel. Candidates were either invited for the morning or afternoon but all joined together for lunch. Questions from main panel were particularly challenging.
