Interview
Usually Halliburton look after people that can work in harsh environments - for real.
The CVs are separated by university that candidate attended.
Previous experience are deep questioned, because in Halliburton drilling service (sperry) the operator has to go deep in assembly complex tools and understand what the tech tools really does. Only knowing that they are put together and magically they work, doenst count.

Question 1
Why did you study so hard for so long and now you choose to accept to work with dirty and private to sleep?
Easy comin
In comparison to my peers, who often rely on memory, I follow a structured list for every step of our operations, ensuring that everything is filled out correctly and that each step logically leads to the next. This meticulous approach has been beneficial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our work, and I am confident that it will continue to contribute positively in a single MWD role.

Interview
Process included a technical phone screen (drilling concepts, tool knowledge), followed by a panel interview with field scenarios and safety questions. Practical problem-solving and teamwork focus. Delays in scheduling, but interviewers were supportive and industry-experienced.
