Interview
The first interview was one on one and arranged through my school. It was simple and personable. The interviewer asked a couple of simple behavior based questions such as "Have you ever had to work with difficult team members?" "Tell me about a time when you delivered less than you promised". It was really straight forward, and the interviewer seemed more interested in getting to know me, and less interested in the interview questions. They let me know 3 days later that I was selected for a second interview. The second interview was a month and a half later. It consisted of a dinner, and the presentations of the different PSLs and a couple of facilities tours. The only questions asked were "Do you think you could handle a field engineer's schedule?" "What are your top three choices for product lines if you were to come on board." I received an offer about 5 days after that.

Interview
Applied online through college career website. Was contacted for an campus interview. About two weeks later, was contacted to set up an on-site interview and book flight arrangements. Was flown out to the site with about 10 other candidates and shown different job duties. Another quick 20 minute interview at the end of the day.
