Interview
Brief introduction with resume at college career fair leads to first interview. This round is full of questions about life experiences and how you preform under individual situations. Usually conducted by HR members. Second round requires travel to a local facility where managers and employees socialize with you while touring facilities. There is a dinner, group session, then an early morning work site tour. On the afternoon of the second day, small groups are asked technical questions to see how individuals interact with one another.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were put into a stressful situation by a superior and how did you handle the situation.
HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.

1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
