Okay tbh. best way to get in is intern conversion. Otherwise dont bother, they put you through hell, waste your time and call you not mature. Now ill cut to the chase there are 4 aspects to the process:
1) Attend the career talk at school and submit CV(short interview pitch)
2) Round 1: Normal behavioural questions + short casestudy
3) Round 2: two 45 min interviews with behavioural questions
4) Round 2: Case study which is almost impossible to solve
Overall they don't care about you. Its toxic culture and they just want to hire other people who micromanage you. Pay is good, so are benefits. Work life balance sucks, Tuas is far. They want people who fit into their culture of scolding people. SCMP gives you a guaranteed management role. I'd recommend SCMP candidates are better in US role, the singapore ones aren't great.
