There is an initial interview either over the phone, email or in person. The 2nd round interview is always in person - usually includes a tour of the local facility, a dinner or lunch and takes place anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the initial interview. 2-4 weeks after the 2nd round interview depending on how well you did is when you may get an offer.

HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.

1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
