I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Halliburton in Mar 2011
Interview
I was lucky enough to get the gentleman that was an alum of the university. Very easy going and quite informal. Asked the normal interview questions. If you look up interview questions on the internet you can find the general ones. Tell me about yourself, what do you know about the company, how have you handled an upset customer, problems in a team environment type questions. They are straight forward, making sure that you know that this isn't an easy job. Long hours, and hard work. The laid back atmosphere in my experience with this interview made me perform much better.
