Initially received and email for the interview. It was a group interview. Questions came from multiple parties at the same time about various subjects. Work Experience educational background, interest and hobbies. Afterwards the group went to lunch for additional discussion.

Interview
Process included a technical phone screen (drilling concepts, tool knowledge), followed by a panel interview with field scenarios and safety questions. Practical problem-solving and teamwork focus. Delays in scheduling, but interviewers were supportive and industry-experienced.

Single on site interview discussing prior oilfield experience. Straightforward process involving a few Halliburton representatives. Callback from Halliburton (Sperry Drilling Services at the time) came the following day with offer.
