Basic - asked basic questions, gave basic answers. Questions revolved around sales, past similar work experience, and time for asking my own questions. Two managers were there, and I was able to ask about benefits.

Interview
Every interview is different, depending on what position you're applying for, how long you've been with the company, who recommended you, etc... There's no real formal questions; it's more of a chat. Very easy. Make sure you come in with an agenda, or they will push you lower than you're worth.
