An unnecessarily lengthy 12 stage interview process spread across 5 months for a relatively junior position. Interviews were straightforward and more around fit and interest for the position. After such a significant time investment, following the final stage I did not receive any further communication- even after follow up. It goes without saying this will be my first and last time interviewing here.
