I applied online. I interviewed at Hamilton Telecommunications (Baton Rouge, LA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process is very short. First you take a reading test. It is only a paragraph. You take a typing test. You have to be able to type 35 wpm. Then you take a spelling test. Your limit is to miss a total of 5 on all three. If you fail any of the 3 test then you will not be hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hamilton Telecommunications (Baton Rouge, LA) in Aug 2017
Interview
3 part process, the first is a spelling test, the second is a typing test, the third is captioning assessment. (voicing words as you hear them) the spelling test was simple words such as tomorrow, wednesday etc. The captioning part is kinda tricky but they let you retest a week later if you do not do good on that part

Interview
I had an initial phone interview, followed by a second phone interview THEN a in-person interview that had taken 3 weeks on their behalf to schedule, followed by another/final in-person interview that they made me wait another 3 weeks to get on the books. It was ridiculous and there was very little communication on their part. I had followed up every week and continually got in touch but was often left in the dark about the next step.
