Two rounds of interviews with 2-3 management levels. Very friendly staff and more role play questions. They want to get to know your personality more than anything which I appreciated.

Interview
Met with one person and interviewed with him.
He is very straightforward and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process as he is a very laid back person but this was through a referral.
Very simple questions, more to get to know personality than skills as it could be an interesting fit for some people in the sports industry.
Doesn't get caught up in red tape as it is a smaller company. Offer of employment came very quickly after a verbal agreement.
