very short and manager was totally unprepared for the so called interview. Didnt seem to even know there was an interview scheduled for the day. The person was unprepared, and the interview was very short and just basic questions

Depending on what manager interview you. Some are quick others are not. Just be prepared for anything or any questions so you perform well. And please ask questions like what's the uniform policy? What's the hours like? Are you allowed breaks on the job? How long do it takes to get a raised? Or how often? Do you only do promotions within the job only? If you don't get a promotion do you have to train the new person how to do their job title?
