I got an email from the manager for and interview. When i arrived at the spa, the person I spoke with was out of town. A lady asked me to come in. Never asked my name. I introduced my name then we sat down inside her office. She stared asking me questions. I was wondering the whole time if she even know who she is interviewing. She doesnt have any reference or copy of my resume. She say down and ask few questions about me what do i do and where do i work. After that she explained everything whats going on in their spa. After that she ended the interview. I left and never heard anything from them. I felt it was a waste of time going there and not hearing from them. No rejection letter nothing. Its so unprofessional.

Unprofessional and strange. The whole thing seemed sketchy and the video interview was just weird, I knew during the interview I didn’t want to work there anymore and didn’t pursue further there.

Phone call and then in person interview. The phone call was scheduled for 4:00 pm and they called me at 10:00 am instead without notice. I showed up to the interview 10 minutes early and saw them walk in like 5 minutes past the scheduled interview time and then proceeded to take an additional 25 minutes to set up before calling me into their office. When I asked about foot traffic or anything about the amount of clientele they were evasive. If you aren’t actively doing a facial, you don’t get paid. An employee showed me her schedule and it was pretty much empty except for a weekend where she had two appointments (40$). The person interviewing me was badmouthing the employees as well. After an hour of talking and expressing my concerns and getting indirectly insulted for my amount of experience, I did a practical facial. They took their pants off for the facial. Why, I have zero idea but was very weird.

We have to reschedule my interview to another day, because of the who has been taken in person interview got ill. But I hope that everything will be okay for me.
