Interview process was straightforward with easy “tell us about a time” questions that focused on customer service, adaptability, and reliability. They are really just checking to make sure that you will be reliable in showing up to your shift, being pleasant to customers, and will do as you are told.

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you had to adapt to a new request and shift gears quickly.
two short interviews, one with the HR manager and the second with the manager of my department. Both were pretty run of the mill intervew stuff, it was a short process overall.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hannaford (Concord, NH) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was easy to set up an interview after applying online. I met with the hiring manager. It was a basic interview asking vague questions like, "Describe a time you had to solve a problem in a previous job." I did not enjoy the tone of the manager throughout and the starting pay they offered was laughable. I never agreed to take the job but about a week after I interviewed I received a call stating my orientation would take place the following Wednesday and I was to be there. I found this rude as I had never formally accepted the job and it was just expected I'd be there. Not a place I'd enjoy working.
