Not the most difficult, mix of technical questions and behavioural questions. Asked to give a high level description of what exactly reinsurance was and some of the basic reinsurance products like excess of loss.
First of all, the arrangement is pretty good and there were some emails catching you up and checking your status. Besides, the interview process was quite welcome and warm. There was an exercise to test your math ability but it was not that hard, Overall speaking, it was a refreshing experience. Definitely will recommand it!

How to interpret linear regression to people without the corresponding background.
The interview process was one round. They asked mainly behavioral questions but did include one “trick” question to see if you could logically solve your way through it. Overall a great experience.
