They completely understand the years of experience that I have in this industry and the value that I could've brought to the company Interviewing with the CEO I felt went well but was told she gave me trick questions to which am curious to what those were. Nothing sounded tricky as I answered all questions to the best of my knowledge. This was probably one of the easiest interviews I have ever done and felt very pleased at the end of each interview during the process.
