      Overall horrible interview experience, from recruiter outreach to in person meeting. The recruiter who set up the interview didn’t provide any information on who I’d be meeting ahead of time. Once on site, the 2 interviewers showed no genuine interest in getting to know me nor did they provide any information about themselves or the actual role until I had to explicitly ask. One person in particular was condescending when asking questions and even more so as I was responding. I walked away feeling as if I had wasted my time. Still being a professional, I sent a thank you note for their time spent. A few hours later the senior recruiter reached out via email and then by phone to inform me of the offer. I mentioned my interview experience with the 2 women I spoke to earlier and received almost nothing beneficial from her, outside of the fact the team may have been “burnt out from interviewing so many people over the last few weeks.” I received an offer letter by email right after but was being rushed to get this back ahead of 4:30, which was less than 1 hour after I had received it. I decided this wasn’t the opportunity for me but still asked if I could have some additional time to review. The recruiter rescinded the offer and I again thanked her. What a company! The overall experience speaks to the company culture. A cool building can’t make up for bad experiences.
