Recruiter/HM/coding 1/coding2/onsite (3 people) Interview process is pretty standard with the rounds mentioned above. I want to call out recruiter transparency over the entire process from the start to finish. Although I didn't receive an offer after clearing all rounds, I would have appreciated if they said a NO immediately after the interview rather giving false hopes and making me wait three weeks unnecessarily.
