The interview process was very intense, very long and long periods of time in between and a lot of the questions were very personal and unrelated to the role itself

They asked about personal difficulties that I was experiencing
Because of the job's nature, they try to learn a lot about both professional and personal background. Very in-depth, but ultimately lots of public-radio cliqueiness can be paramount in the decision making.
The interview process involved multiple steps including a phone interview and a written assignment. The written assignment involved app buzz words and a faux customer interaction and questions about the interaction.
