Happy + Hale interview questions

You sit down in the cafe with the Front of House Manager, a shift lead, then the General Manager. The General Manager will then take you on a tour of the shop. This is a test to see how fast you can keep up and how you greet people.

You meet with three store managers individually and discuss your aspirations and goals. It's mostly just a test of your personality to see if you'll mesh with the team. If you've made it to the third manager, you've probably gotten the job :)
