      I interviewed at Happy Head

      Interview

      Hiring manager was almost 15 min late for initial interview. Following that round, the team assigned a 10-12 slide take home assignment to optimize their existing acquisition funnel. After completing the assignment, team declined to move forward in the process and provided no feedback about the presentation. Overall, it felt like they were simply using candidates for free work to optimize their product.
