The recruiter was very friendly, approachable and professional. The conversation was very smooth and nature.
The interview with the CEO was tricky as he was reacting to your answers with face expressions of approval or disapproval and the vibe was awkward.

Question 1
What would you do If you come to the office and the WIFI does not work?
They contacted me first via email to set up a first online interview- they send you suggestions on how to be prepared, stressing you should have supportive examples of your strengths, and to be specific and to the point.
I was greeted by a lovely and effervescent young woman who asked me about my professional background, was happy for me to ask questions about them. Then she explained, that if approved, there would be a written test activity (design a whole day of activities for their boot camp) which should only take 90 mins to write up (on your own time); then the next step would be a face to face meeting with the 2 creators of this start up (as of 2023), and finally have the last "interview" as a visit to their office in Barcelona to meet the group.

It was a very positive experience, everyone I interacted with was flexible, understanding and communicated clearly. They steps were communicated from the beginning and they were even open for feedback on the whole process.
