HappyFunCorp interview questions

The first phone interview was with a recruiter who was quite condescending and inattentive. The interview began with the recruiter telling me about the company, and asking about my design process. I went in depth explaining my UI experience and UX background only for the recruiter to tell me I had no UI experience? Unsure if the recruiter was listening to me I then asked how many people were on a team assigned to a client and what were their roles? The recruiter could not answer this question, was repetitive, and abrupt. I did not send a follow up email and would not have gone in for a second interview. Lots of red flags, unorganized and left a bad taste. Experienced UX designers beware!

+1 to the unprofessional HR phone screen. I've never been so instantly turned off and simultaneously condescended to on one of these calls. It sounds as though there is little involvement by leadership in scoping projects and they have no design team to speak of.
