Harbor Oaks Hospital interview questions

I applied online and received an email asking: In your own words, why are you interested in mental health and what do you think would be a necessary skill to have when working within the psych field? Apparently they liked my answer because I got an interview. =)

The interview went very smoothly. They explained the job to the fullest and answered all my questions to the best ability. They explained how it works for the job and some situations that may occur with some of the patients. Applying for a job in the behavioral health industry you should be aware of the situations that could happen. You are going to be dealing with patients that have mental disorders. They do say if you are wanting to be in the behavioral health industry this is a great place to gain experience and learn a lot.
