Interview
The most efficient interview process I have ever experienced. After a screening call with an external recruiter, it wasn't long before I was interviewing with the CTO and CCO on the Friday. By Monday, I had received an invite to the final stage, along with a task that I'd need to present to the CTO, CCO, Product Lead & Delivery Manager. Every stage was extremely casual and explained in detail. It was a very "human" experience and at no point did it ever feel impersonal, cold or procedural, like some processes can.
