After the initial screen there was some lag in between but then the following interviews were scheduled quickly. I am certain calendar alignment took some time. Everyone I interviewed was genuinely interested in knowledge, experience and team fit, which are all valid points. I will say, after interviewing with them and the panelists demeanor and attitude excited me more about the role than before the interview.
I interviewed at Harley-Davidson, Inc. (Wisconsin Dells, WI)
Interview
The pre-screening went well. Very helpful with information. Then 3 interviews with very busy people who didn’t seem to have time to spend on the call. One guy cancelled. Mostly they didn’t seem to know what they wanted because the company was reorganizing for like the Fifth time in a year so they weren’t entirely sure what role to fill and threw out a lot of variances of what the role might be. They also mentioned a lot of discussions about how the company kept losing market share so their dealers weren’t as timely with payments and that lead to more issues because the company can’t seem to update their organization to get stable.

I applied online. I interviewed at Harley-Davidson, Inc. in May 2026
Interview
The hiring manager reached out directly with a very brief email asking to talk to me the next day. No initial outreach from HR. I agreed to a time and no invite was ever sent. I sent a follow up email asking if an invite would be sent or was the person going to call me directly. No response received to the email and then no phone call followed. Extremely strange and unprofessional experience.
