Easy, laid back, and straightforward. The interviewer made me feel like we were just having a casual conversation. I started by taking a quick and easy "math test" and then a 10-minute interview and was hired. The entire process from the test to my first day on the job was about a month.

Before an interview, you have to actually go into the office to pass a basic math test, even though the interviews are conducted virtually. For this position, they didn't seem to care about what experience you have. Being more qualified from a technical standpoint doesn't help here. It takes weeks for them to let you know if they selected someone else.
