The interview felt structured yet conversational, using standard competency-based questions across a two-stage process, with a clear focus on real examples, teamwork, communication style, and how candidates handle everyday workplace challenges.

Had a 30 minute teams interview with commercial managers. Was fairly relaxed and easy going. Next stage would have been an in person interview with the director. Didn’t hear anything back from them.
