I thought it was a great process. The communication could have been better. I felt ghosted twice. Took me 2 days to make a presentation, they said they would get back to me by the end of the week. They didn't, so I waited 2 weeks before reaching out again. Only to find out they passed. I really liked the company and felt the conversation was good. If they don't want to hire outside the state then just reject. Don't lead someone on.

Long story short, after 3 rounds of interviews and going to the final round (I was asked to make a project + answer questions), the company ghosted me. No feedback, no answer, nothing other than to make me waste my time. I never thought a well stablished company such as Harri would do that but I guess it is a pattern in corporate America nowadays. Also, a good sign to not work for a company as unprofessional as they are.

Interview
First round was a normal HR round and second Round was a manager round where they asked basic questions regarding CSM profile. Next was an assignment round followed by a discussion on the same for the final round by the head of CSM department. Request you to guys to at least give a feedback since candidates invest lot of time and energy and they procured a free project work too.
