Interview

What recruiters look for:
SQL, Excel, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau proficiency.
Understanding of business metrics and data interpretation.
Experience with data cleaning, visualization, and reporting.Goal: Check hands-on technical skills.
Common formats:
SQL test: Joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, subqueries.
Excel test: Pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts.
Python test (sometimes): Data cleaning with pandas, basic stats.
Case-based questions: Given a dataset, extract insights or calculate KPIs.
