I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hart InterCivic (Austin, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to inquire about my interest. He is one of the best recruiters I have encountered. He has in-depth information about Hart, the proposal department, and the job requirements. His scheduling of my interviews was seamless, each person who interviewed me was invested in the company, the role, and asking meaningful questions to gauge my skills and cultural fit. I literally cannot say enough good things about the entire process and the company itself.

Question 1
What interests you about Hart? Have you done any research about the company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hart InterCivic (Austin, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
interviewed over the course of two months, led on for six weeks with an under the table promise of hire, eventually informed another candidate was chosen. To be fair, I don't think anything malicious was intended, the hiring manager just assured something he wasnt authorized to assure, and was overridden from above.
