Hartree Partners interview questions

It was a chaotic interview. Cancelled and rescheduled many times. Classic case study in the beginning, but as you get to interviews with the directors it really went off the rails and I was asked to spend a bunch of time making a slide deck.

30 minute teams meeting screening call. only cared about past experience in a similar role, looking for junior trader with 2-3 years exp in back office/ middle office. job desc did not match expectations. no further questions asked about candidate. bit odd to talk about technicals with HR member.
