It was an interesting experience as the recruiter went through a simulation where I was teaching kids from 6 years old to 10. It was an hour long interview and every detail is criticized.

Explain for loops to a 6 year old, How would you help a 8 year old to debug JS
A few questions and a teaching demonstration. It was a group interview, but I was in a very small group. The demonstration required working with other applicants, which I didn't love as this is different from collaborating with coworkers.
