Got the interview through a campus recruiting event. They were very friendly, generally just trying to get to know you and your skills. Very willing to answer questions about company and make sure that you will both be a good fit for eachother

Interview
With previous experience the interview is more of a discussion. It doesn’t get very technical but at the same time you cannot divert from discussion. Managers are super accommodating. And HR’s are super fast with hiring process
