I was called up by someone in HR and we discussed regarding my application for the job. Subsequently, I was asked about my availability for interview
Next, I was called up for a Technical interview
Decision: called up for the offer and further discussion on salary expectation and expected day of resumption

Basically I was asked engineering questions and the approaches I will adopt.

Interviewed by regional manager and team leads, mostly asked about my resume,
Got the offer, but offered salary was less than my current salary,
Got the offer by phone by the recruiter, I would have join hatch if salary was in line with my expectations,
Offered benefit package and vacation were ok,

3 interviewers; 1 hour; it is causal; mainly to test personality; no hard questions, mainly hr questions; It was my first interview and I did not prepare for the hr question a lot, so I failed it.
