It was okay, general behavioral questions and technical ones, focusing on the design project questions relevant to the EIT position, if it is either in hydrometallurgy or another department, they do not take a long time to get back to you
Good interview questions, not tough but very sophisticated. I had a good time in interview with 3 people and I feel like it was a great experience for me a a newly-gradauate students.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hatch
Interview
Asked behavioural questions, and wanted to talk about the projects you've done in detail. Very easy interview process and just genuinely wanted to find out more about you. Only problem is HR took a month to schedule the interview. After the interview, HR didn't get back to me after another month and when asked for an update, they did not return back my email. Very unprofessional and long process, to say the least.
