Hatteras Funds interview questions

Upon arrival, the HR department required that I spend 20 minutes or more completing on paper the application already submitted online. Need I say, I was getting ready to walk-out on them when the HR Manager finally arrived (30 minutes late from my point of view.) Imagine if you walked in 30 minutes late for an interview. Managers need to learn the interview is for both parties... not only the employer. After a tour, I noticed that sadly, very few, if any, people of color work in the office. If you want to work for a "leading" company, I suggest going elsewhere.
